These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of yatsonhvac.com (the “Site”), operated by YATSON LLC, doing business as YATSON HVAC (“YATSON HVAC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or submitting a request through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Services and estimates

The Site provides general information about our residential and light-commercial heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) services in New York City. Any prices, ranges, availability, or descriptions shown on the Site are for general information only and are not an offer or a binding quote. The scope of work, final pricing, and terms for any project are set out in a written proposal or agreement we provide to you. A request submitted through the Site is a request for contact, not a contract for services.

2. Photo uploads and preliminary assessment

Our Site lets you upload photos of your equipment to help us understand your request. You confirm that you have the right to share any photos you upload and that they do not contain other people’s personal information that you are not authorized to share. To help us respond faster, uploaded photos and the details you provide may be processed by automated tools, including third-party artificial-intelligence (AI) services, to generate a preliminary assessment. Any such assessment is preliminary and informational only — it is not a diagnosis, quote, or professional recommendation, and it creates no obligation. A final assessment requires an on-site evaluation by our technician.

3. Scheduling, access, and site conditions

Appointment windows and completion dates are estimates and may change due to weather, parts availability, building access, permit or board requirements, or conditions discovered on site. You are responsible for providing safe and lawful access to the work area and for disclosing known hazards or relevant building rules.

Payment terms, deposits, and any financing are described in the written proposal or agreement for your project, not on the Site. Please do not send payment-card numbers, bank details, or other sensitive financial information through Site forms, email, or text message.

5. Equipment, warranties, and rebates

Manufacturer warranties are provided and governed by the equipment manufacturer, subject to their terms, including any registration and maintenance requirements. Any workmanship warranty we offer applies only as stated in your written agreement. Utility and government incentives (such as Con Edison / NYS Clean Heat rebates) are administered by third parties, are subject to program rules and eligibility, may change or end, and are not guaranteed by us.

By providing your phone number and submitting a request, or by otherwise opting in, you agree that YATSON HVAC may contact you by phone call, text message (SMS), and email about your request, appointment, and related service — including through an automated system. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP. You can also contact us at the phone number or email below.
